Time Magazines Top 100 Albums of All-Time. pfft./
You had to think, before even looking at a single entry, that the list was going to be terrible. Obviously, TIME only takes into account the largest of the mainstream when compiling this list, invalidating their efforts from the start. But even in the most mainstream of mainstream they missed so many truly great albums.
I am surprised they got “Paid in Full” onto the list. Good work, there. The Stone Roses. Good Catch. The rest is predictable, and usually off-the-mark. And seriously, what kind of dumbass puts ‘best of’ compilations of previously released material on a greatest album list?
